Canadian Team for the World Championship 2008
Mori Cruikshanks
Mori has been riding mounted games since 2001 and has made games into
her main equestrian focus. This is her third opportunity to represent Canada at the World Championships and she is looking forward to a great competition ‘down
under’.
Off the games field, Mori enjoys ‘hanging out’, scary movies, and
‘smoothies’.

Jessie Durward
I am a 19 year old from Port Perry, Ontario,
Canada. I am
very sexy and as of the other day I am once again a very eligible bachelor. I
competed at my first world championships in Belgium
in 2007 and have been a very active member of the Canada Mounted Games
Association for the past five years. My outside activities include Eventing,
Show-jumping, Hockey and Soccer. I also have a strong interest in baking as
well classic ballet.

Brent Couch
Brent is the senior member on Team Canada. Brent rode at world
championships in Wales,
Sweden and Belgium
and is our most experienced rider coming from a long history of Mounted games
competition. Back in Canada Brent is self employed running his own contracting
business.

James Cruikshanks
James has been a games rider since the age of six; more than half his
life. He enjoys travelling the world and competing in pairs and teams for
Mounted Games. This is his first Worlds and he expects to have a great
time. In his spare time, James plays basketball and volleyball, and
enjoys eBay, making ‘smoothies’, and barbequing steaks.
Sean Cruikshanks
This will be Sean’s second World Championships and he is thrilled to be
in Australia
again after a visit in July for the Pony Club International Games. Sean
enjoys riding ‘psycho’ ponies and playing individual games. When not
riding games, Sean is into track and field and volleyball, music, and video
games.
